The H&FSS staff provide services to clients who are experiences homelessness or at a risk of homelessness through: 

• Outer Southern Youth Homelessness Service (OSYHS)
• Intensive Tenancy Support Program (OSGHS)
• Fleurieu Housing Support Service (FHSS)

H&FSS staff also provide the following specialised services:
