Point of Engagement Program

The Point of Engagement Program provides a range of individually targeted, and client-centred drug and alcohol treatment interventions and social and accommodation supports to expectant parents with identified D & A issues. The programme aims to provide casework services (in consultation with the Clinical Advisor) including financial advice/referral, referrals to education or work programmes, crisis intervention, supporting family visits, and drug/alcohol counselling moving towards independence. There is a significant degree of multi-agency collaboration.
