'Active Communities'

The ‘Active Communities’ project recognises the strong links that Southern Junction has with the local community and aims to promote and encourage community participation in the delivery of client services. Using community development principles the project works with local businesses and other service providers to promote and encourage community and client participation in a variety of areas including education and skills development and the provision of material assistance including Christmas hampers.
