Southern Junction Community Services
is an independent not-for-profit, community organisation
with a proud heritage of dynamically responding to the needs
of marginalised young people and disadvantaged families in
Adelaide’s southern suburbs and the Fleurieu Peninsula that
spans over 25 years.
People often come to Southern
Junction at a point of crisis because they know that we
understand how complex and challenging life can be.
Our approach is to identify
and build upon the strengths of individuals so that they can
make positive choices for their future and regain control of
their lives.
We already provide a wide
range of services to disadvantaged families but we need to
do more. Can you help?
The Southern Family Benefit
Fund has been established to extend the support that
Southern Junction Community Services can offer to families
that are battling in the face of:

Low Household Income
-
Relationship Breakdown
-
Violence, abuse and
trauma
-
Children with special
needs
-
Physical and mental
illness
Your support will help
families in the Southern suburbs of Adelaide to stay
together, to raise healthy children and to participate more
effectively in the community.
How Can You Help?
Become a regular supporter of
disadvantaged families in the southern suburbs of Adelaide
and the Fleurieu Peninsula
Private Donor and Organisational Sponsorships
will enable families to:

Participate in parent
effectiveness training

Enable struggling
families to access professional counselling and support
groups

Establish a family home
visiting program

Access food and goods
when the family pantry is bare

Have access to a range of
practical supports to get parents and children through
challenging times

Receive a Christmas food
hamper
